PESHAWAR – Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) has issued red alert to all districts for taking precautionary measures in the wake of Met office’s forecast of widespread rains, thunder storms and lightening in the province till March 14, next.
According to a press release of PDMA issued here on Wednesday, the deputy commissioners of all the districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have been issued red alert to take precautionary measures for meeting any emergency in the wake of Met office forecast.
Meanwhile, the control room of PDMA for receiving and communication of emergency and help calls will remain operational round the clock for the convenience of people.
